The Horror!

I am ~~Lizzified~~ HORRIFIED!

It was such a shocking experience.

I was going back home 2 days ago, in a cab. Tired from a day's work. Usually when I'm travelling in a cab, I'll be giddy and stuff. A sickness I had since I could remember. When I was young, I will always have a plastic bag with me whenever I get out of the house. Doesn't matter whether I was in a bus or cab, I would barf the last meal out of my system. That was then. I'm lucky now that I only have dizzy spells when I'm travelling.

So anyway, as I was saying, I was in a cab travelling back home. That day, the cabby's driving wasn't that bad at all. I could even read my New Paper (which doesn't get to happen that often).

As I was happily reading, suddenly my cab crashed into a white Mitsubishi in front. I was jolted out of my seat. My plastic bag full of KFC chicken almost ended up on the floor. But thanks to my great reflex, I managed to save my dinner. I was in a shock. Shaking all over.

The cabby apologised and told me to grab another cab. Yeah, you think so?! Hmmm... Arms, check! Legs, check! Fingers, check! Chickens, chick! I mean, check!

Alhamdulillah, no one was hurt. Now, I was still in the cab, on the extreme right lane. How am I to get out and cross a 4-lane road? I asked the cabby that. Thinking back, I felt stupid asking him that. He has got far more important things to think about than me and my chickens crossing the road.

So how did the chickens (and the selenger) cross the road?
Look for oncoming vehicles lah!

Anyway, this happened at Dover MRT, in front of a bus stop full of SPians. So embarassing!

I'm alright now. Don't know about the baby tho'. (Anjat baby!) Gonna get a scan when I see my gynae. Hope everything's alright.
