I'm in the tak-taulah-ape-title-nak-tarok mood

Thanx a mil peeps for the encouraging words and for makin me feel better. But truth be told, I'm still thinking and thinking. Of what? I'm wondering what it'll be like with 2 kids in tow.

Only when you are a mother you will know what it's like. But then again, every pregnancy, every birth and every child is different. I only had uninterrupted sleep when Daanish was 7 mths. So imagine waking up a max of 5-6 times per nite! It was horricheeble ah.. Alhamdulillah now I can have sleep thru out.

When I had Daanish, evrything changed. I had to fit my schedule to his. When he's awake, he cries and wanna be carried. When he sleeps, the rule is: No Noise. So how to do work?

When going out, one little handbag is a definite no-no. You gotta have a big bag. One say, 5-hr trip to the mall with a 3-mth old Daanish, these are the items you hafta bring:
4 diapers
one set of extra clothings
cloth/towel for his puke (jus in case)
2 milk bottles
milk powder for 3 feeds
hot water tumbler
room-temp water tumbler
wet wipes
tissue
talc powder
minyak telon
diaper rash cream

I think that's abt it.

A lot rite... On top of that, a baby carrier or stroller. So how to travel alone? Imagine going up the bus. One big bag on shoulder, one baby in right arm, one stroller on the left. Esp for clumsy people like me, kalau tak jatuh pun nasib tu. If you do dat everyday, by the time he reaches 5 months, you can have arnold schwarz's biceps.

This is the scenario for only 1 baby. Imagine with 2! I gotta opt for sotong arms oredi.
(That explains why I was bawling like a baby when hubby said he was going to UK.)

And having 2 also means we gotta have a deeper pocket.

I'm a bit skeptical abt hiring maids. Heard so many horror stories. I don wanna pay for more trouble and headaches.

*Takes a deep breath*

Like I said, I'm takin it one day at a time. I'm now just enjoying the company of my little Prince. He and his antics. Now with 2, not 1, but TWO teeth coming up, his hyperactive-ness pun dah menjadi-jadi.

But whatever it is, Daanish, you're my strength, my joy and a blessing to all. Look at him...

Forever blur.

Of coz, a little smile for Mama won't hurt.

"Hey, how come I'm not in that photo!"

"Maybe one day Mama and Baba will make a bigger one for me, only me!"

***

Hey, watcha doin down there little fella?

"Nothing Mama. Just love it when you do the laundry."

"Coz I can do this.."

".. and continue doin... Mmmm... The smell of fresh laundry!"

When it comes to nap time....

...it doesn't matter if it's meal time.

Yibbedee yibbedee that's all folks!

Toodles!
