I don't want to pay that 20cents can??

"Auntie, next time want to sell please label propry hor!
You put there $1.30. Then you say it's $1.50.
You think I want to buy your red bean bun ah??
You think your bakery shop so class ah??
Today you say short 20 cent. Tomorrow short 20 lollars.
I never halalkan your 20 cent ah!"

Of course, it all happened in this grey matter of mine.
In actual fact, all I said was,
"Oh is it? Nah." And gladly placed my 20 cents among the other coins on the counter.

Oh, that's just me. Duaposen punya hal jangan nak cari gaduh.
Kedamaian adalah utama.

Reminds me of those days when I was workin with Toys' R Us.

You label wrongly. You pay for the shortage.
First 'you' as in the staff. Second 'you' as in the company.

Any customers demandin to pay for the price we wrongly put, will get to do just that.
Of course if the price at check out is lesser than expected, buat bodoh sua lah..
Kalau aku pun aku make donno... Or will I?

Anyway, on a different note altogether,
I've got a question that been buggin me.

How do you advise a girl going through changes in her life?
No, not entering Primary 1 lah.
Not puberty either.
And the changes I mean here is not for the better.

How do you put words so softly so as not to trigger the defensive mechanism in her and make her do things that she, or you, may regret for life?

I'm in a dilemma.
